General Fair Information

All items MUST be handmade, in the USA, by the vendor.  We do not accept mass produced, mid-level marketing, direct sales, buy/sell items, sales reps for Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Posh, etc., or flea market items. The Bow Craft Fair prides itself on displaying the handcrafted workmanship of New England’s finest artisans.

  1. Spaces are approximately 8′ x 8′. Vendors are not allowed to flow outside of their allotted space into other vendor spaces or the aisles, which will then violate fire codes.  All exits are to be clear. No exceptions will be made.

  2. There is approximately a total of 150 spaces; 14 for food items in cafe / 135 for all other crafts spread across the foyer, small gym and large gym.

  3. A maximum of 2 spaces allowed per vendor.  We do not tolerate two crafters adjoining their spaces to create a “store front”.

  4. Tables are available, for an additional fee.  They are 8′ x 3′.

  5. Electricity is available, for a fee.  However, it is very limited.  Electricity is awarded on a first requested basis.

  6. Two people may submit one application to share a space, this must be indicated on the application.  However, if the committee does not select one of crafters on that application, the rejection will be for both applicants.

  7. If you are not accepted into that year’s fair and are interested in being considered for the following year, you MUST submit a new application during the new vendor submission period. We also do not have a waiting list.

  8. To ensure the fair and the vendors are successful; we at the Bow Craft Fair select our vendors to ensure a variety of purchase options for our customers. We are always looking for new and unique, please list your specific items on the application.

  9. The Bow PTO and the Bow School District are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  10. Food items are limited to the cafeteria.  No exceptions are made.

  11. We also have a craft raffle during our event which only contains items from the vendors at that year’s show.  Vendors are encouraged to donate an item, please label your item with your contact information

 How it Works:

  • New applicants can apply June 1st thru July 31st.

Returning Vendors:

  • We reserve the right to not invite a crafter back, as the result of issues or complaints at the event, flowing outside of their area, unprofessional behavior, adding unauthorized crafts, or if we choose to change the mix of crafts at our event.

  • The is no guarantee that you will have the same space(s) no matter how many years you have been a vendor.  Layouts are changed based on that year’s craft mix, electricity requirements and safety concerns.
